This vehicle adopts Dongfeng EQ1108KJ type Ⅱtruck chassis, Dongfeng Cummins ISDe160 30 high pressure common rail engine, and is optionally equipped with Dongfeng Cummins ISBE185 30, ISDe180 30, ISDe185 30, B190 33, B170 33 engines which has low energy consumption and noise, and is more energy saving and environment protective.

The tank adopts low-alloy high-strength steel to ensure a high strength; the inside adopts bi-component coating for corrosion prevention to facilitate a strong corrosion resistance.

The vacuum pump produced by specialized factory has a compact installation structure and characteristics such as low rotation speed (energy saving) , high vacuum degree (vacuum degree up to 99.6%), wide working pressure range (ultimate absolute working pressure is 200～8500Pa), low noise, low energy consumption and high efficiency. It also has a high sucking speed.

The sealing for key components of hydraulic lifting system adopts imported components; the dual-purpose lifting cylinder and control valve all adopt domestic famous brand products.

The extraction pipeline on top of the tank is additionally equipped with an anti-overflow valve to efficiently avoid dirt entering into and overflowing from the vacuum pump of air circuit.
