HAMMTRONICisanelectronicmachinemanagementsystemthatmonitorsandcontrolsallkeymachinefunctions,therebyincreasingsafety,economyandfuelsavings.TheopportunitiesofferedbyHAMMTRONICinclude,forinstance,automaticadjustmentofthedieselenginespeedtomeetthepowerrequirementsoftheindividualdrives.Moreover,HAMMTRONICcontrolsstart-upandbraking,anddistributesthedrivetorquesacrossthedrumaxisandbackwheelsinlinewithcurrentoperatingdata.HAMMTRONICalsocontrolsthehydrostaticvibrationdriveandthevarioussteeringprogrammes(forDV+seriesonly),guaranteeingeven,smoothmovementofbothdrums. HCQcomprisesanumberofHAMMproductsdesignedtomeasure,monitor,documentandcontrolcompactionandcompactionprocesses.ThisincludestheHAMMCompactionMeter,theHAMMTemperatureMeterandtheHCQNavigator.Thesecomponentscontinuetodeterminetherigidityvalue,theasphalttemperatureandthepositionoftherollerthroughoutcompaction.AnpanelPC(touchscreen)onthedriver'splatformthenvisualisestheentiredatapackageintheformofareal-time"compactionmap"andshowstherolleroperatorwherehasalreadybeensufficientlycompactedandwherefurtherpassesarestillrequired.TheWITOSHCQNavigatorprocessmodulealsoallowsyoutofollowtheconstructionsiteprogressworldwideinrealtime.
