TheMOBICONEMCO9EVOhascompactdimensionsand,withaweightof30tons,transportationisstraight-forward.Thankstotheeasysetup,justafewstepsareneededtosetitupandprepareitforoperation.Beingcompactandpowerful,theplantalsoscoresintermsofdieselconsumption:Thediesel-directdriveandalsotheelectricdrivesoftheconveyorbeltsensurethatfuelconsumptionispleasantlyacceptable.Theoptionalextendedcrusherdischargeconveyorcanbefoldedhydraulicallyasstandardandenablesahighstockpilevolume. Foracontinuouscrusherfeed. Uniformloadingisindispensableforagoodproduct,optimumthroughputandlowwear.Toensurethatthecrushingchamberisalwaysevenlyfilled,theContinuousFeedSystem(CFS)monitorsthecrusherlevel(jawcrusherandconecrusher)ortheloadattherockerandrotoraswellasthemotorutilisation(impactcrusher). Conecrusherscrushthefeedmaterialinacirculatingopeningandclosingcrushinggapbetweenbowllinerandcrushercone.Openingandclosingalsotakesplacesimultaneouslyontheoppositessidesofthecrushingchamber.
